体育人才需求与体育教育专业课程教学改革探讨——基于对广西灵山县的调查

Sports talent demand and Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Reform——Based on the Investigation of Lingshan

以广西灵山县为个案,采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法对体育人才需求与体育教育专业课程教学改革进行调查分析。结果表明,在课程设置和教学实践中,体育教育专业人才的培养应重点加强教学技能、科研能力、社会体育和休闲体育等几个方面,增设新兴热门课程,使单一的体育技术、体育理论教育与大众体育、休闲体育教育相结合。

Case in Lingshan, using literature,interviews, questionnaires and other methods of sports talent demand and Physical Education Curriculum Reform investigation and analysis. The results showed that in the curriculum and teaching practice, the training of physical education should focus on strengthening teaching skills, research ability, social sports and leisure sports and other aspects, the addition of new, popular courses, so that a single sports technology, theoretical educa- tion and mass sports, leisure sports to^ether become the future direction of development.
