摘要
高职院校专业教学中渗透工作价值观教育具有教育延续性长、专业针对性强、学生易受性高等优势,实施中须遵循和谐统一、科学合理、系统连续原则。目前,高职院在机械制造类专业教学中渗透工作价值观教育存在忽略行业要求、轻视实践体验、欠缺系统规范等问题,需要在专业理论教学、实训教学、课后作业等环节充分发掘工作价值观的教育结合点;同时,需要健全在专业教学中渗透工作价值观教育的领导体制和监督机制。
Infiltration of the education of work values in higher vocational college professional teaching has advantages in long continuation, strong specialty orientation, easily accepted by students. In teaching, the principles of harmonious unity, scientific rationality and systematization should be followed. At present, there are many problems such as ignoring industry requirements, underestimating moral experiencing and the lack of system specifica- tion, so education combining site of work values should be fully explored in specialized theoretical teaching, Practical Teaching and homework, leading system and supervision mechanism should be perfected.
