基于企业需求视角的高职学生工作价值观教育策略分析

高职学生的工作价值观教育必须对接"企业需要",机械行业企业的工作价值观要求内容可分为社会层面、企业层面、团队层面、自身层面四类。除了传统的细致踏实、吃苦耐劳等基本工作价值观要求之外也凸显团结协作、创新高效的行业新要求。当前,高职院工作价值观教育的内容、目标、理念、方法与机械行业企业需求差距甚大。高职应通过校企合作开发工作价值观教育内容、组织工作价值观教育实施等策略实现工作价值观教育向企业延伸,从而提高工作价值观教育实效。
