摘要
职业锚是人们选择和发展职业时围绕的中心,与职业发展的定位密切相关。从职业锚的概念和类型出发,对高职教师培训中应用职业锚理论的必要性进行分析,并基于职业锚理论,提出高职教师培训的新思路:了解培训对象的职业锚,确立明确的培训目标;充分考虑培训对象的职业锚,提高培训师资质量;以人为本,创新培训模式;以职业锚为导向,健全培训效果评价机制。
Career anchor is the center when people do the occupation choice and make it developed, and it's closely related to the orientation of the occupation development. Based on the concept and types of career anchor, the author analyzed the necessity of application of career anchor theory in higher vocational teachers' s training, and then put forward some new ideas for higher vocational teachers' chaining: understand the career anchor of the teacher to be trained, and establish the training objectives; take the career anchor of the teacher to be trained into account, and improve the quality of lecturers; innovate the training model in people-oriented; strengthen the evaluation mechanism of training effect in career anchor-oriented.
