摘要
针对公共图书馆利用网络平台开展知识服务过程中存在的不足,探讨了公共图书馆在利用网络平台开展知识服务中应采取的对策。
In the light of the shortages existing in the course of public library＇s knowledge service by using the network platform,this paper probes into the countermeasures for improving public library＇s knowledge service by using the network platform.
