浅析勤工助学在提高大学生综合素质中的作用——以河北师范大学汇华学院图书馆服务管理为例

Analysis on the Functions of the Work-study Program in the Improvement of College Students' Comprehensive Quality——Taking the Service Management of Huihua College Library of Hebei Normal University as an Example

勤工助学不仅可以缓解贫困大学生经济上的困难,而且对提高大学生的适应能力、交流合作能力、解决实际问题及创新能力有很大的帮助。以河北师范大学汇华学院图书馆服务管理为例,对勤工助学在提高大学生综合素质中的作用进行了探讨。

The work-study program can not only ease poor college students＇ economic difficulties,but also cultivate college students＇ adaptive ability,communication and cooperation ability,practical problems solving ability and innovation ability.Taking the service management of Huihua College library of Hebei Normal University as an example,this paper probes into the functions of the work-study program in the improvement of college students＇ comprehensive quality.
