Agricultural Development Promoting Practice by Science and Technology Mission in Liaoning Province

根据辽宁省科技特派团成立以来的工作实践,采用列举实例的方法,从智力支持、技术支撑、资源整合、人才开发、机制体制方面,总结科技特派团在推动全省县域经济发展过程中采取的主要推进方式,以期为农业产业发展进步提供参考。

This article reviews the approaches and experiences of the science and technology mission in promoting county regional economies in terms of intellectual support, technical support, integration of resources, talent development, and institutional mechanisms across the province since its establishment adopting practical examples in order to provide reference for stimulating further development in agricultural industry.
