不同测压方式在气流床粉煤气化煤粉输送管线上的应用

APPLICATION OF TWO MEASUREMENT MODES IN PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEM FOR PULVERIZED COAL

摘要 在中国石化安庆分公司Shell煤气化装置的煤粉输送系统中,采用2种不同压力测量方式,对竖直上升管的压力进行了对比测量研究。研究结果表明,二者测量结果基本吻合,均可满足工程测量需求;2种测量方式各有优劣,可根据实际测量环境和需求进行选择。 Two different measurement modes were used to obtain the pressure signal in the vertical pipe of pulverized-coal pneumatic conveying system which was part of the Shell coal gasification plant in SINOPEC Anqing Co. The measurement results of the two modes were almost matched well and both could satisfy the engineering requirements.According to the practical measurement condition and requirement, the measurement mode could be chosen from the two different ones.
