摘要 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种气道慢性炎症性疾病,但是它的发病机制还不完全清楚。哮喘是由多种因素引起的复杂的疾病,气道上皮屏障的损伤是其主要特征。本文将对气道上皮屏障在哮喘中的防御机制作一综述。 Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways, but its pathogenesis is incompletely understood. While asthma is a complex disease caused by multiple factors, airway epithelial barrier damage is a cardinal feature. We review the protective mechanism of airway epithelial barrier to asthma.
