Transformation Progress from Taboo and Totem to Unwritten Law

本文研究了法的最初形态 ,力图论述在原始初民社会 ,调整人们生产、生活的社会规范逐渐从无到有 ,从低级到高级 ,从禁忌、图腾再到习惯法的转变过程及其成因。

The origin of the law is the key point for us to understand the evolution of the principles of the law. This article analyzes the primitive form of the law and the social conventions which regulate the production and life in the primitive society, expounding the process and the causes of the transformation of the social conventions which come into being from nothing, and develop from lower to higher stages, evolving from taboos and totem to customary law.
