本文以黑龙江信息港电子信息资源体系建设的实证考察为基础 ,介绍了信息港信息资源组成的一般结构及其作用 ,分析了信息港电子信息资源建设的现状与不足 ,探讨了在国家信息资源网体系建设及国民经济信息化中信息港的历史职责 ,并重点论证了信息港建设特色电子信息资源网络体系的意义、内容、难点及应当采取的一些重点对策。

This paper,based on the inspection of Heilongjiang Information Harbor,introduces the structures of information resources in Information Harbor,analyses the current situations and shortages of the construction for electronic information resources about Information Harbor including is historical responsibility.It also demonstrates the meaning,contains and main tactics for the construction of “featured” electronic information resources network in Information Harbor.
