摘要
水文化是中国文化的重要组成部分。作为体现水文化内涵载体的水利工程设施,在建设过程中应突出"人水和谐"的理念,在满足兴利除害要求的同时也应满足人们亲水、戏水、娱乐、休闲的文化需要。本文以西安市秦岭北麓旅游环线的建设为例,从环线区域的水资源入手,通过对不同地区水环境、不同类型的河流及水体景观营造的详细分析,提出了相应的水文化建设理念。
Water culture is an important part of Chinese culture. As embodying the cultural connotation of the water carriers, water conservancy facilities should be highlighted idea of ＂ harmony between human and water＂. Water conservancy facilities should not only bring the benefit and abolish the harm, but also meet the cultural leisure demand. Taking construction of the northern slope of Qinling Mountains in XI ＂an City tourism link as an example, this article analyzes the water resources in different regions, different types of riv- ers and water landscape construction of the link regional in detail, and put forward construction concept of water culture.
