耳鼻喉科疾病所致慢性咳嗽的临床分析

目的研究耳鼻喉科疾病所致慢性咳嗽的发病原因和治疗措施。方法选择我院门诊慢性咳嗽患者75例作为研究对象,通过询问、血常规检查肺部听诊、X线平片、CT、鼻窦摄片、电子喉镜检查等研究致病原因,并给予针对性的治疗措施。观察治疗效果。结果慢性咳嗽的致病原因有鼻窦炎、变应性鼻炎、变应性咽炎、喉部炎症、变应性咳嗽等;经过针对性的治疗,75例慢性咳嗽中显效34例,有效36例,无效5例,总的治疗有效率为93.3%。结论对于耳鼻喉科疾病所致的慢性咳嗽临床中要采取各种方法确诊,之后给予针对性措施治疗,能获得较好的治疗效果。

Objective To study the causes and treatment measures of Department of ENT disease caused by chronic cough. Methods 75 patients were selected as the object of study of chronic cough in my courtyard outpatient service, by asking, blood routine examination of lung auscultation, X-ray plain film, CT, sinus radiograpHy, electronic laryngoscopy and so on the cause of the disease, and give the specific treatment measures. To observe the therapeutic effect. Results The causes of chronic cough with sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, allergic pHaryngitis, throat inflammation, allergic cough; after the treatment, 75 cases of chronic cough in 34 cases markedly effective, effective 36 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total effective rate of treatment was 93.3%. Conclusion For Department of ENT disease caused by chronic cough should take various methods were given, after treatment, can obtain good therapeutic effect.
