运动康复与骨折治疗一体化在肱骨远端骨折中的临床价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨运动康复与骨折治疗一体化对肱骨远端骨折术后疗效的影响。方法选取我院2011年1月至2012年12月1120例在肱骨远端骨折患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组实施运动康复与骨折治疗一体化治疗,对照组患者予以传统康复疗法,观察对比两组患者术后2周,1、3个月时临床治疗效果和术后并发症等。结果通过13~4个月随访工作后,研究组术后2周,1、3个月疗效优秀患者概率均比对照组要显著,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组出现并发症患者60例(10.71%),对照组出现并发症患者101例(18.04%),两组存在明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论运动康复与骨折治疗一体化治疗肱骨远端骨折能够较为显著的改善预后效果,减低并发症,临床应用价值较高。
