腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理心得

Nursing Experience of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理的方式和要点。方法对我院在2010年10月至2012年12月期间收治的120例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者各60例,采用常规护理模式为对照组患者进行护理服务,采用优质护理模式对观察组患者进行护理,对两组患者的术后进食时间、输液时间、住院时间以及对护理满意度进行观察和统计。结果观察组患者各项相关指标的检查结果明显优于对照组,两组之间的差异显著(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾病的临床效果十分显著,优质而全面的护理服务能够有效的提高手术的成功概率,保障患者的生命安全,值得推广。

Objective In order to improve the effect of clinical nursing in Department of hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital, and provide more human care services for patients, and the points of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy nursing and discussed the simple research. Methods Our hospital during 2010 October to 2012 December were treated 120 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of the 60 cases of patients, received routine nursing model as control group patients nursing service, nursing to the patients in the observation group uses the high quality nursing mode, two groups of patients the postoperative eating time, transfusion time, hospitalization time and satisfaction to the nursing service was observed and statistics. Results The observed group were all inspection results were better than the patients in the control group, the differences between the two groups were significant（P〈0.05）; at the same time, the observation group patients satisfaction with nursing service was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallbladder disease is very significant, high quality nursing service comprehensive can effectively improve the success rate of operation, ensure the safety of patients. Worthy of promotion.
