裁判程序不公的表现、原因及对策

Inequitable Judicial Procedure:Its Demonstrative Attributes and Etiology and the Relevant Countermeasures

目前 ,司法实践中裁判不公的现象屡见不鲜 ,程序不公则更为突出 ,“重实体、轻程序”的错误观念根深蒂固。本文试从程序不公的表现来找出裁判不公的原因 ,在法律允许的范围内 ,提出一些解决的办法 ,以期对改进司法工作有所裨益。
