摘要 矿井提升机在煤矿生产中有着举足轻重的作用,因此对于煤矿提升机控制系统进行研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文以西门子S7-200为提升机电控系统控制核心器件,采用基于矢量控制的变频调速系统对原有的调速控制系统进行改造,并加入触摸屏作为人机界面。系统的控制精度、调速性能、可靠性得到了提高。 Mine hoist is one of the most important equipment, so for mine hoist control system research has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on SiemensS7-200 for hoist control system control core device, using variable frequency speed regulation system of vector control were used to reconstruct the original speed control system based on, and joined the touch Screen as man-machine interface. The control precision, speed performance, reliability of the system is improved.
