全国部分感染控制研究团队的引领与带头作用分析

Leading role of some domestic research teams of infection control

目的分析汇总部分参选全国十佳感染控制研究团队的基本资料,了解目前国内顶级感染控制研究团队的学科建设条件,为其他医疗机构提供借鉴。方法分析29所参选医院的医院性质、地区分布、感染控制专职人员、科室主任的学历、背景专业、从事医院感染年限等资料,采用Execl表格进行数据的汇总分析。结果 29所参选团队主要为综合性医院,分布在上海、北京、广东、江苏等省市,占44.81%;专职人员的学历以高学历为主,硕士、博士的比例高达35.03%;科主任专业中以临床医学最高,占41.38%,护理、公共卫生专业均占20.69%,检验专业占13.79%。结论参选十佳感染控制研究团队的单位其团队中的人才梯度、学科建设能力等逐渐走向合理化,团队规模建设、学历建设、背景专业建设、人才梯度建设等可以成为全国同行效仿的典范。

OBJECTIVE To analyze and collect basic data of some domestic research teams of infection control which participated the election of top ten research team of infection control so as to understand the current condition of discipline construction of the domestic top-level research team of infection control and provide reference for the construction of other medical institutions. METHODS The basic data of 29 hospitals involving the election, which included the nature, geographical location, education levels of the infection control professionals and the chief of department, major background, and working life of engaging in the infection control, were analyzed, then the statistics were sum up with the use of Excel. RESULTS Of totally the 29 hospitals running for the election, 44.81~ were the general hospitals and distributed in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, and Jiangsu. The infection control professionals were with high education level, the proportion of the professionals with the master ＇ degree and doctor＇ degree reached as as high as 35. 03%; the professionals who majored in nursing and public health accounted for 20.69% and who majored in clinical laboratory accounted for 13.79%. CONCLUSION The talent gradient and the discipline construction of the research teams running for the election of ＇top ten research teams of infection control＇ has become more and more reasonable; and the construction of the scale of team, education level, major and professional , and talent gradient can be considered as the model of nationwide peers.
