保洁人员在医院感染管理中的现状分析与管理对策

Current status of nosocomial infections control by cleaning staff and management countermeasures

目的通过对保洁人员在医院感染管理中的现状分析,探讨相应的管理对策,以减少医院感染的发生。方法对2011年6月-2012年6月在某院工作的100名保洁人员进行调查、考核,并对保洁员与医院感染的相关因素进行分析,提出管理对策。结果保洁人员掌握了一定的医院感染知识,规范了操作行为,切断了医院感染的传播途径,有效地控制了医院感染的发生,提高了医疗质量,减少了医患纠纷的发生。结论通过对医院保洁人员进行医院感染知识的培训与考核,工作过程的管理,能有效地控制和预防医院感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of control of nosocomial infections by the cleaning staff and explore corresponding management countermeasures so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS Totally 100 cleaning staff who worked in a hospital from Jun 2011 to Jun 2012 were investigated and assessed, then the related factors for nosocomial infections were analyzed, and the management countermeasures Were proposed. RESULTS The!cleaning staff have mastered the related knowledge of control of nosocomial infections, the operation behaviors have been standardized, the transmission routes of nosocomiaI infections have been cut off, the nosocomial infections have been effectively controlled , the medical quality has been improved, and the doctor-patient disputes have been reduced. CONCLUSION To perform the training and assessment of the cleaning staff with the respect of knowledge of infections control and involve the management of working process may contribute to the control and prevention of nosocomial infections.
