构建我国现代职教体系的几点思考

Reflections on the Construction of Chinese Modern Vocational Education System

目前,由于历史、观念及体制等方面原因,我国职业教育的发展仍然落后于世界发达国家水平,为此,构建我国现代职教体系是必要的。构建我国现代职教体系,就要实现发达国家职教理论本土化;强化中高职教育的沟通与衔接;积极探索"专业学士"学位制度建设;大力推进"工学结合、理实一体"的人才培养模式并加强职业教育制度建设。

The development of Chinese vocational education still lags behind the level of the developed countries in the world due to history, concept and system. Therefore, it is necessary to build modem vocational education teaching system in our country. It should realize the localization theory of vocational education in the developed countries; strengthen communication and cohesion of secondary and higher vocational education; actively explore ＂professional bachelor＂ degree system construction; vigorously promote the ＂work-integrated learning, theory combined with practice＂ training mode and strengthen the construction of vocational education system.
