辽宁省高职院校科研情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Scientific Research Situation of Higher Vocational Colleges in Liaoning Province

调查发现,目前辽宁省高职院校的科研现状是科研成果的数量较少、层级较低,缺乏科研团队。原因在于高职院校的基础比较薄弱、高职院校教师的科研意识薄弱、科研力量比较单薄。在分析多方原因的基础上,提出相应改进策略:高职院校对科研工作要给予足够重视;对科研工作进行合理定位;发挥示范性高职院校在科研工作中的引领作用;逐步培育科研团队。

A survey finds that the present situation of higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province about scientific research is： less number and lower level of the scientifc research achievements, lack of scientific research team. That＇s because the foundation in higher vocational colleges is relatively weak, the scientific research consciousness of teachers in higher vocational colleges is weak, and the strength of scientific research is weak. Based on analyzing the multiple reasons, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement： the higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to the scientific research work, set the reasonable location, play the leading role of demonstrative higher vocational colleges, and cultivate the scientific research team gradually.
