摘要
高职院校肩负着为企业培养人才和为学生的就业与发展而教书育人的双重使命,这两个使命本是不矛盾的。但是,如果专业设置不合理,培养目标定位不准确,必然出现培养出的人才难就业,而企业又难以聘用到合适的人才。高职院校要依据社会需求设置专业,并使专业形成体系,专业之间互为依托。这样有利于教学资源的充分利用,有利于形成竞争优势。在具体的专业建设中,要注重生产实际的需求,围绕职业核心能力培养的需要来进行。
Higher vocational colleges shoulder the dual mission of personnel training for enterprises and students employment and development. The two missions are not contradictory; however, if the professional setting is unreasonable, training objectives and positioning is not accurate, it will be inevitable that talents have difficulty in finding employment, and the enterprises find it difficult to hire suitable talents. Higher vocational colleges must offer specialty according to society demand, and form the professional system, relying on each other; it is helpful to make full use of teaching resources, and is conducive to the formation of competitive advantage. In the concrete professional construction, it should focus on the demand of actual production and requirement for occupation core competence cultivation.
