职业院校职业指导研究现状及对策研究

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Occupation Guidance in Vocational Colleges

通过多年的研究与探索,我国职业院校的职业指导工作取得了显著性的进展,但与此同时,我们必须看到,目前许多职业院校的职业指导仍存在严重不足,大部分还只是单纯地把职业指导纳入到德育课程范畴,形式单一,没有取得预期效果。在对职业指导研究现状进行分析的基础上,借鉴国内外职业指导成功经验,开展全程式职业指导的策略,帮助学生正确认识自我,提高职业能力,促进人职匹配及职业稳定。

Through years of research and exploration, occupation guidance work of vocational colleges in China has made significant progress, but at the same time, serious deficiencies of the career guidance in many vocational colleges still exist. In most practices, the occupation guidance is only integrated into the moral education course category, without achieving the desired effect. On the basis of the analysis of present situation of vocational guidance research, it is necessary to draw lessons from successful experience in vocational guidance at home and abroad, carry out the whole program of vocational guidance strategy, help students have a correct self-understanding , improve the professional ability, and promote man-job matching and occupation stability.
