摘要
旅游服务心理学是心理学和旅游学相互交融所形成的一门新兴应用性学科,是旅游专业学生必修的一门专业课,它对旅游服务与旅游管理的工作实践具有十分重要的指导作用。但是,在教学过程中该课程还存在着许多需要改进的地方,因此,有必要在教学内容、教学方法、考核评价等方面进行全方位的改革,以促进人才质量的提高。
Tourism serving psychology is the new emerging subject with the combination of psychology and tourism, which is the specialized course required by students in tourism major. It plays an important role for guiding the practice of tourism service and tourism management. However, there exist many places needed to be improved in the teaching process of this curriculum. Therefore, it is necessary to make a full reform in the teaching content, teaching method, and check evaluation to promote the increase of talents' quality.
