摘要
辽宁轨道交通职业学院在"双闭环控制"教学质量保障体系调控下,进行实训教学模式改革的研究,从分层次实训环节设定、实训结果分析和评价、实训教学组织的动态调整三个方面进行了探索与实践,主要研究如何在机械加工、电工、数控加工等实训教学中通过认知环节、模拟环节、训练环节、生产环节实施分层次实训教学和分层次实训教学评价改革,并探索如何将德育教育和6S管理融合渗透到日常实训教学中。
Under the regulation of "double closed loop control" teaching quality assurance system , Guidao Jiaotong Polytechnic Institute implements the study of practical training mode reform, including precise setting on the links in the practical-training, the analysis and evaluation of practical-training results, the dynamic adjustment of the practical-training organization. Meanwhile, this paper mainly explores how to implement the reform on the hierarchical practical-training instruction and evaluation methodology running through the cognition link, simulation link, training link, producing link in mechanical processing and numerical control machining, along with probing how to integrate the moral education and 6S management with the routine practical-training instruction.
