摘要
针对常规雷达检飞方法耗时耗力且难以全面掌握问题,提出一种利用数字高程模型(DEM)数据的雷达地形遮蔽盲区计算方法.该方法将雷达不同方位距离处的地面高程数据转换为雷达观测仰角,与雷达自由空间垂直威力图比较,确定地形遮蔽点,形成雷达方位地形遮蔽剖面,全部方位地形剖面即构成雷达地形遮蔽盲区,进而确定不同高度层的雷达探测威力范围.仿真结果表明,该方法结合雷达检飞,可形成更全面、准确的雷达探测威力图,为雷达部防作战提供可靠的雷达探测威力范围依据.
Aimed at the problem that the conventional tracking the flight by radar is demanding and hard to control overall, this paper puts forward a method for computation of radar terrain masking blind zone by taking up the digital elevation model (DEM). In this scheme, the surface elevation data from various azimuth range of the radar can be converted to its observation elevation, the terrain masking point be pinned up to form the masking section of radar azimuth terrain, in comparison with the perpendicular power pattern of radars’free space. And then all those sections form the terrain masking blind zone of the radar, thus determining the radar’s detection power range at various altitude levels. Simulation results show that this proposed method can be used for more comprehensive and accurate map of radar detection power by combining radars’tracking the flight, thus offering a reliable basis of radar detection power range for the deployment and defensive operation of radar.
