By combining the learning traits of growing cadre cadets in-service and the characteristics of radar countermeasure technology and experiment course, this article probes into the teaching methods of professional technique course for in-service training, in terms of the case-based teaching promoting the knowledge pertinence, analogy teaching enhancing the knowledge transference, visualization teaching increasing the teaching attraction and heuristic teaching boosting the learning initiative and other aspects. Teaching practice indicates that those teaching methods proposed are of effectiveness.
