河北省高校大学生创业现状及影响因素研究

Study on the Status and Influencing Factors of Entrepreneurship of College Students in Hebei Province

目前国家鼓励大学生以创业带动就业,促进高校毕业生充分就业。调研大学生创业现状、创业困境及影响因素成为了一项重要课题。基于河北省高校大学生创业现状的调查,从创业态度、创业行为、创业困境进行分析,并找出了影响大学生创业的关键因素,提出了针对性的措施,以期能够帮助大学生自主创业。

At present, the state encourages the students to get employment by entrepreneurship, promotes the full employment of graduates. The investigation of college student entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial factors present pre- dicament and the effect becomes an important subject. This paper investigated the present situation of College Students＇Entrepreneurship Based on Hebei Province, carries on the analysis from the entrepreneurial attitude, en- trepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurship dilemma, and find out the key factors affecting the university students＇in- novative undertaking, some measures were put forward in order to help college students start their own businesses.
