摘要
辅导员是高校从事思想政治教育的中坚力量,其人格蕴含着丰富的教育价值。辅导员人格的高低直接影响大学生思想政治教育效果的好坏。当前,高校辅导员队伍出现人格矮化现象,导致思想政治教育效果不佳。因此需要深入客观地分析辅导员人格矮化现象产生的原因,从而提出相应的对策,重新塑造辅导员的理想人格。
The counselor is the backbone in the ideological and political education of University, and their personality contains abundant education value.The Counselor s personality will directly affect the effectiveness of the ideological and political education quality.At present, college counselors＇ personality dwarfing phenomenon has resulted in the effect of Ideological and political education of poor.Therefore needing a thorough and objective analysis of dwarfing phenomenon counselors＇ personality, and proposing the corresponding countermeasure to mold the ideal counselors＇ personality.
