Analysis of 602Reports on Adverse Drug Reaction in Huili People's Hospital

目的:探讨药物不良反应(adverse drug reactions,ADR)发生的特点及临床表现。方法:对602例ADR报告进行分类、统计及综合分析。结果:602例ADR报告中,男307例(51.0%),女295例(49.0%);抗微生物药、中药制剂引起的ADR最多,分别为20.8%和20.0%;以静脉滴注方式给药引发的ADR最多,占83.4%;临床表现以皮肤及附件损害最多,为347例,57.6%。结论:应加强ADR监测及相关用药知识的宣传和培训,避免或减少ADR发生,降低用药风险。

Objective. Observe the characteristic of occurring and clinic performance of adverse drug reactions. Methods：To classify, statistics and comprehensive analysis of 602 reports on ADR. Results：In the 602 reports, there are 307 male patients （51.0%） and 295 female patients （49.0%）. Most of drug occurring ADR are antimicrobial and Chinese pharmacy preparation, 20.8% and 20.0% respective. The intravenous drip occurred 83.4% ADR in administration route. The clinic performance focus on skin dam- age, the percentage is 57. 6% （347 patients）. Conchlsion： The monitoring and cultivation of knowledge about medication use should be enhanced and avoid the occurring of ADR, reduce the risk of medicine use.
