摘要
基于ANSYS Workbench协同仿真研发平台,对M2120卧式深孔珩磨机关键部件进行了优化设计,提高了机座的固有频率,保证了机床的加工精度,降低了机座的总质量,为机械系统的优化设计提供了方法,在生产实践中有比较重要的现实意义。
Based on ANSYS Workbench collaborative simulation platform, optimization design for key component of the M2120 horizontal deep hole honing machine was made. The natural frequency of the stand is raised, the machining accuracy is ensured, the total weight of the stand is reduced. The research provides optimization method for mechanical system. It has important practical significance.
