摘要 对经典螺旋叶片零件进行高速加工工艺设计。介绍了UG NX7.0 CAM模块的操作流程,重点分析螺旋叶片工艺设计:设置五轴加工坐标系与安全平面,指定五轴加工几何体,分析并选择了合理的驱动方法、切削参数及高速切削用量,生成刀轨、进行仿真加工验证、执行后处理即可得到可用于实际的程序清单,证实了程序与仿真的可靠性,实现了基于UG CAM的快速高效编程,对指导生产具有较强实际意义。 High speed processing design for classic spiral leaf was made. The operation procedures of UG NX7.0 CAM module were introduced. Its processing technology was emphasized. First, five axis machining coordinates system and the safety plane were set, then five axis machining geometry was designated. Reasonable driven method, cutting parameters and high speed cutting amount were selected. Through tool path generation, simulation validation and post-processing, aetual program list could be gained. The relia- bilities of the program and the simulation are confirmed. Efficient programming based on UG CAM is realized. It has strong praetical significance for production.
