摘要
阐述了东风7C型系列内燃机车用12V240/275型系列柴油机机体主轴孔,左、右凸轮轴孔三孔精镗床液压控制设计方案。当镗杆引进时,顶起油缸工作把机体抬起5 mm让刀,辅助支承液压滑台工作,把辅助支承头送到位,主轴箱后端的液压缸拉动镗杆走刀,三孔可以同时镗削一次成活,完成三孔半精镗和精镗的加工,液压缸拉动镗杆走刀是该机床的创新之处。该机床由于采用液压控制进行三孔的镗削,具有结构紧凑、切削平稳、工作可靠、精度稳定等优点,机体三孔的加工质量和生产效率得到较大幅度提高,且加工精度完全满足设计要求。
A design scheme was described in detail for the three-hole fine borer hydraulic control for spindle hole, fight camshaft hole and left camshaft hole in the 12V240/275 type series diesel engine block equipped for Dongfeng 7C type series internal combustion engine. When the boring bar fed in, the block was lifted 5 mm for cutter back-off by working of the jacking-up cylinder. Moreover, the hydraulic sliding table was worked by auxiliary support, and the auxiliary supported end was fed in the position. The feeding was made by pulling of boring bars via hydraulic cylinder at the rear of spindle box. Therefore, not only three holes could be bored simultaneous- ly, but also the semi-fine boring and fine boring could be finished only once in the machine. The innovation of the machine tool was at tool feeding by pulling boring bars via hydraulic cylinder. The machine has the advantages of compactness, smooth cutting, working re- liable and high accuracy, and so on, since hydraulic control is used to bore three holes. The machining quality for the three holes of engine block and the production efficiency are improved considerably, and machining accuracy meets design needs.
