摘要 在充分了解容栅式传感器原理的基础上,采用数字式示波器对数显百分表的输出信号进行了详细分析,找出其显示数据与输出信号的关系。进而构建了以数显百分表为前端传感器、以AT89S52单片机为主控单元的信号采集和数据处理位移测距系统,并将采集数据通过LCD准确、实时地显示出来。 Analysis was carried out for the output signal of the digital dial indicator by the digital oscillos-cope on the basis of full understanding of the principle of capacitive sensors. The relationship between the display data and the output signal was found out. The system of the signal acquisition and displacement ranging with data processing was constructed which was composed of digital indicators as a front-end sensor, AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as a master unit. The collecting data could be displayed synchronously and accurately through LCD.
