重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子含漱预防肿瘤患者放、化疗后口腔溃疡的效果

Effects of Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor on Oral Ulcer in Patients Undergoing Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy for Cancer

目的观察重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)含漱预防肿瘤患者放、化疗后口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法将66例恶性肿瘤患者按入院先后顺序分为2组:治疗组(34例)和对照组(32例)。治疗组在放疗、化疗后1d开始采用rhG-CSF漱口液(rhG-CSF 100μg+生理盐水250mL),在早、中和晚3餐后30min及晚间临睡前各含漱(用舌在齿、颊、腭面搅动,使漱口液充分接触口腔黏膜各个部位)1次,20mL·次-1,5min·次-1,持续至治疗结束后5d;对照组在放、化疗后1d采用0.02%呋喃西林液含漱,方法同治疗组。观察2组患者口腔溃疡程度(0—Ⅳ度)的发生情况。结果治疗组口腔溃疡0、Ⅰ及Ⅱ度发生率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 rhG-CSF漱口液预防放、化疗后口腔溃疡较传统漱口液更有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor（rhG-CSF）collutory in the prevention of oral ulcer in patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cancer.Methods A total of 66patients with malignant tumors were divided into two groups according to the sequence of admission.The treatment group（n= 34）and control group（n=32）were given rhG-CSF collutory（rhG-CSF 100μg＋normal saline 250mL）and 0.02%furacillin solution from the first day of treatment to the fifth day after the end of treatment,respectively.The oral cavity was thoroughly rinsed for 5minutes with 20mL gargle（stirring with the tongue）at the four time points：30minutes after breakfast,30minutes after lunch,30minutes after dinner,and before bedtime.The incidence and severity of oral ulcer were observed in both groups.Results The degree of oral ulcer in control group was more severe than that in treatment group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion RhG-CSF collutory is superior to conventional collutory for preventing oral ulcer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
