摘要 采用高温高压反应釜模拟阿姆河气田腐蚀环境,研究了不同CO2/H2S分压比对BG90SS钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,随着CO2/H2S分压比的减小,BG90SS钢的腐蚀速率减小。通过对腐蚀产物膜的分析,发现腐蚀产物主要是马基诺矿(四方硫铁矿),说明在此条件下BG90SS钢的腐蚀行为主要受H2S控制。 The influence of CO2/H2S partial pressure ratio on the corrosion behavior of BG90SS was studied by simulating the corrosion environment of Amu Darya gas field with a high pressure and high temperature autoclave. The results show that with the decrease of CO2/H2S S partial pressure ratio, the material corrosion rate decreased. From the analysis of corrosion product film, mackinawite was the major corrosion product. This indicates that in this corrosive environment the corrosion behavior of BG90SS material is controlled by He S.
