丙炔醇对AZ31镁合金阳极电化学行为的影响

摘要 采用电化学方法研究了在中性0.25mol·L-1 KCl溶液中,添加剂丙炔醇对AZ31镁合金阳极电化学行为的影响。结果表明,丙炔醇能大幅度抑制AZ31镁合金的腐蚀,并能提高AZ31镁合金的活化程度。当丙炔醇浓度为1.0%时,AZ31镁合金的缓蚀率为45.6%;表面均匀,活化程度高;在-1.40V(相对SCE,下同)时AZ31镁合金的电流密度为7.97mA·cm-2,开路电位Eocp负移程度最大(-1.56V),活化电位Eact负移程度也最大(-1.54V)。 To improve the activation properties and reduce the corrosion rate of AZ31 magnesium alloy, the influences of propargyl alcohol on the electrochemical behaviors of AZ31 magnesium alloy in KC1 solution were studied by electrochemical methods. The results show that propargyl alcohol not only can reduce the corrosion rate(inhibition efficiency was 45. 6 %), but also can improve the activation properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy, when 0. 5 % propargyl alcohol was added into 0. 25 mol · L-1 KC1. The current density of AZ31 reached 7. 97 mA · cm 2 at --1.40 V(vs. SCE, the same below), Eocp was -1.56 V and Eacc, was --1.54 V.
