摘要
采用有机硅烷和聚氨酯复合改性制备了双组分醇酸树脂涂料。研究了除水预处理工艺、A组分反应时间、A/B不同配比对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明,经过除水过程制备的涂料干燥时间较长;延长A组分的反应时间会提高漆膜的耐盐水性和光泽度;当A/B在1∶1时,漆膜表现出良好的附着力和耐盐水性。
A composite modified alkyd resin was prepared by organic silane and polyurethane. The effects of dewater pretreatment, reaction time of component A and the A/B ratio on the film properties were studied. The results show that the drying time of the paint after water removal process was longer; extending the reaction time of part A can improve the salt water resistance and glossiness of the film. When the ratio of A/B was 1 : 1, the film showed good adhesion and salt water resistance.
