网络资源集评价标准初探

Discussion of the Evaluation Standard of Aggregations of Web Resources

高质量的网络资源集 (Aggregations of Web Resources)的衡量标准包括权威的信息、高效的检索器和可靠的获取途径。而较差的网络资源集 (AWR)却是不完整、不准确和难以使用的。本文论述了网络资源集评价的三大指标 ,即内容 (Content)、连贯性 (Cohevence)、功能 (Functionality) ,这三个指标不仅是图书馆扩展和保持高质量网络资源集 (也就是“虚拟馆藏”)的基础 。

The measuring standard of aggregations of web resources(AWR)of high quality includes authoritative information,research engine of high efficiency,and reliable access means.While the AWR of poor quality is incomplete,inaccurate and inaccessible.This paper discusses three indexes of AWR,that is the content,coherence,functionality.They are not only the basis of library'extending and keep high-quality AWR,but also the standard of guiding electronic catalogue and homepage construction.
