药用植物种子形态生理休眠研究方法概述

Review on Morphophysiological Dormancy Research Method of Medicinal Plant Seeds

形态生理休眠是种子休眠5种类型中最复杂的一种,很多药用植物种子都具此种休眠,这给实际生产和研究带来较多困难,而国内尚无文献对其做详细介绍。本论文基于植物生理生态学方法,首次系统总结了具有形态生理休眠(MPD)的特性、分类,并详细介绍了一种既可在最短时间内解除种子形态生理休眠,又能确定此种形态生理休眠的具体类型的通用方法。

Morphophysiological dormancy （ MPD）, one of five types of seed dormancy, is the most complex one. Many medicinal plant seeds contain this kind of dormancy, which bring forth many difficulties in production and research regarding medicinal plant seeds. But as so far, it is not found any domestic literatures introducing this kind of dormancy in details. In this article, based on the methods of plant physiological ecology, we detailed the characteristics and classification of MPD, as well as the efficient method to break this kind of dormacy.
