摘要
因受到复杂的外部水土压力和较高的内水压力共同作用,单层衬砌盾构法输水隧道具有独特的接头构造。针对上海青草沙输水隧道(岛屿陆域段)单层衬砌管片接头的特点(铸铁手孔,双层螺栓),借助1:1足尺荷载试验及三维非线性弹塑性数值模拟对单层衬砌输水隧道管片接头的抗弯力学特性进行了研究。获得了单层衬砌输水隧道管片接头在不同接头轴力(拉/压力)、不同接头弯矩(正/负弯矩)和不同螺栓预紧力条件下接头张角及抗弯刚度的变化规律;并获得了环向螺栓轴力随接头弯矩的变化规律及管片接头的变形特性,研究成果可供类似工程借鉴。
Owing to the complicated external water and earth pressure and the high internal water pressure, a single lining segment joint of water tunnel should be designed specifically. According to the characteristics ( cast-iron hand hole and two-layer bolts) of the Island Section of Shanghai Qingcaosha Water Tunnel Project, the flexural rigidity of single lining segment joint of water tunnel is studied through full scale experiment and non-linear elastic-plastic 3D numerical simulation. Based on the result of the experiments and numerical calculations, variation of joint opening angle and joint flexural rigidity are presented under the circumstance of different positive or negative normal force, different positive or negative bending moment and different bolt pre-tightening force. Furthermore, variation of internal force of bolts with bending moment and deformation characteristics of segment joint are presented.
