《特种设备安全法》与《特种设备安全监察条例》内容对照(二)

Comparison between "Special Equipment Safety Law" and "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment"

《中华人民共和国特种设备安全法》已由中华人民共和国第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第三次会议于2013年6月29日通过,并于同日以中华人民共和国主席令第四号予以公布,自2014年4月1日起施行,《特种设备法》对《条例》作了较大幅度的补充和细化。笔者在认真学习的基础上将《特种设备法》与《条例》的内容进行了列表对照,发现其内容变化大,增减多,全篇共涉及121条(款/项)的变化、增加、减少,其中变化77条(款/项),增加24条(款/项).减少20条(款/项)。现将其对照结果与大家分享,以方便大家有针对性的学习、贯彻、执行。

'Special Equipment Safety Law' is passed by the Republic of China National People's Congress Standing Committee of the Twelfth third meeting on June 29,2013 and published in the Fourth People's Republic of Presidential Decreeby on the same day which will come into force from January 1,2014.New 'Special Equipment Safety Law' had seven chapters 101,and 'Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations' had eight chapters 103.This paper compared them and gave the difference.
