摘要
工程机械齿轮的材料与热处理技术要求,因国家标准与国外企业标准的不一致,给产品设计、工艺、制造及检测都带来诸多问题。就国家标准GB/T3480.5和美国卡特公司、日本小松公司对渗碳齿轮、感应淬火齿轮所使用材料的冶金质量、热处理技术要求及检测位置进行了分析及对比,提出选择、确定齿轮材料和热处理技术要求具体参数的方法。
Construction machinery gear material and heat treatment technology requirements has brought many problems,such as product design,process,manufacturing and testing,for inconsistence of national standards and the requirements of foreign famous enterprises.This paper analyses and compares the metallurgical quality,heat treatment technology and test locations,which are used by national standards GB/T3480.5,U.S.CAT and Komatsu in carburized gears,induction hardened gear fields,and proposes how to select and define specific parameters required by gear materials and heat treatment technology.
