香砂六君子汤水煎液乙酸乙酯部位化学成分研究

Study on Chemical Constituents in Water Decoction of Ethyl Acetate Parts of Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang

目的:揭示香砂六君子汤水煎液活性成分的化学物质基础,对其进行系统的化学成分研究。方法:按传统煎煮方法提取,反复运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20进行分离,并通过波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果:分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为白术内酯Ⅱ(atractylenolideⅡ,1)、去氢木香内酯(dehydrocostus lactone,2)、白术内酯Ⅰ(atractylenolideⅠ,3)、白术内酯Ⅲ(atractylenolidⅢ,4)、芒柄花黄素(formononetin,5)、丁二酸(succinic acid,6)、柠檬苦素(limomin,7)、蜜桔黄素(nobiletin,8)、4',5,7,8甲氧基黄酮(tetramethyl-o-isoscutellarein,9)。结论:这9个化合物均首次从该方中分离得到。

Objective：To explore Xiangsha Liujunzi water decoction of Ethyl acetate parts solution active ingredients of chemical material foundation,carries on the comprehensive development and utilization,the chemical composition of the system research.Method：According to the traditional decoction method extraction,repeatedly using silica gel column chromatography,sephadex LH-20 and through the spectrum analysis structure identification.Result：Separation and identification of 9 compounds,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae lactone Ⅱ respectively （atractyIenolide Ⅱ,1）,hydrogen radix aucklandiae lactone （dehydrocostus lactone,2）,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae lactone Ⅰ （atractylenolide Ⅰ,3）,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae lactone Ⅲ （atractylenolid Ⅲ,4）,formononetin （formononetin,5）,succinic acid （succinic acid,6）,limonin （limomin,7）,orange flavin （nobiletin,8）,4＇,5 proposal methoxyl yellow ketone （tetramethyl-o-isoscuteIlarein,9）.Conclusion：The 9 compounds were isolated from the party for the first time to get.
