不同产地、不同采收期前胡野生品与栽培品的质量比较

Quality Research on Wild and Cultivated Peucedani Radix in Different Habitat and Different Harvest

目的：建立不同产地、不同采收期前胡药材中白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素的HPLC含量测定方法,为其药材的质量评价和资源合理利用提供科学依据.方法：Diamonsil C18色谱柱（2）（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（75∶25）,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为321nm,以白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素为对照品.结果：白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素质量浓度在0.5 ～40 mg·L-1线性关系良好,相关系数为l,平均回收率为102.15％,RSD 0.82％.结论：不同产地、不同采收期前胡药材中白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素存在一定差异.江西产前胡药材质量好,江西产栽培品与野生品的内在成分相近,质优.

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Peucedani Radix in different habitat and different harvest of the praeruptorin A and B,to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation and the reasonable utilization of resources.Method：The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18（2） （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μ m）,mobile phase of methanol-water （75∶ 25）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 321 nm,and Pd-Ia,Pd-Ib were used as the control.Result：The praeruptorin A and B have a good linear relationship between the concentration of 0.5-40mg ·L-1,there are some differences between different habitat and different harvest of the praeruptorin A and B in Peucedani Radix.The coefficient of correlation for the regression equation were 1.Conclusion：The quality of Peucedani Radix in Jianxi Province was excellent,the quality was almost the same for wild and cultivated Peucedani Radix in Jianxi Province.
