头低体位对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者Narcotrend指数的影响 被引量:11

摘要 Narcotrend指数是以神经电生理技术为基础,用于监测麻醉深度的指标[1].年龄、肌电活动等因素均可影响Narcotrend指数[2-3],从而影响对麻醉深度的判断.腹腔镜手术中常采用头低体位,以利于操作的进行.头低体位可能增加脑血流灌注,从而影响脑电活动.BIS也是基于神经电生理技术的麻醉深度监测指标,与Narcotrend指数具有可比性[4-5].研究表明,头低体位可引起BIS值升高[6].该体位是否会影响Narcotrend指数尚有待研究.本研究拟探讨头低体位对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者Narcotrend指数的影响.
