摘要
研究并实现了一种基于PC的开放式折弯机控制系统。该系统硬件平台基于华中数控公司的华中8型系统,具有良好的可扩展性。控制系统软件运行在Windows XP平台下,人机交互界面和工艺规划计算模块等采用C++语言开发运行在操作系统的用户态,核心控制算法基于设备驱动程序开发运行在其核心态。实验验证,Y轴定位精度达到±0.01mm,X1轴定位精度达到±0.1mm,并且能够很好地满足Y轴同步控制的要求。
An open control system of press brake based on PC was researched and implemented. In the system, hardware platform was based on HNC-08 CNC system of Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd., which has excellent scalability. The software of control system ran on Windows XP platform, the HMI and process planning calculation module etc. were developed as C++ language running in user mode, and kernel control algorithm was based on WDM device driver was running in kernel mode. Experiment results show that the positioning accuracy in Y axes can reach ±0.01mm, and in X1 axis reaches ±0.1 mm, which meets the requirements of press brake for Y axes synchronous control quite well.
