基于LC-MS-代谢组学技术在慢性肾脏病的应用

LC- MS- based metabolomics and its application for chronic kidney diseases

摘要 基于液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)联用技术的代谢组学已应用于不同的研究领域,该技术在慢性肾脏病的动物模型和临床应用取得了一定的进展。本文评述了基于LC-MS联用技术的代谢组学在慢性肾衰竭、尿毒症、IgA肾病、慢性肾小球肾炎、糖尿病肾病等应用进展。 Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS)-based metabolomical techniques have been applied to different fields and significant progresses have been achieved in the metabolic profiling of different chronic kidney diseases in animal models and clinical trials.This review article presented an overview of the recent developments in the field of LC-MS-based metabolomics for chronic renal failure,uremia,IgA nephropathy,chronic glomerulonephritis,diabetic nephropathy,etc.
