制造企业服务增强战略转型研究——以波音公司为例 被引量:1

摘要 目前,服务战略转型已成为制造企业加强竞争的重要手段。文章从价值链的角度分析了服务增强的内在机理,提出了制造企业要在竞争中处于有利地位,必须采取差异化的服务竞争战略。并以波音公司为例,分析其服务化战略转型的做法,为我国制造企业实施服务增强战略转型提供借鉴。
