Study on the Relationship of Patent and Technological Innovation

从创新的概念出发,简要介绍技术创新的出现和发展,并从专利制度和专利信息两个视角对专利进行梳理。重点对技术创新和专利之间的关系进行研究,主要包括:专利制度与技术创新的关系,利用专利信息测度技术创新的优劣势和可靠性分析,以及从技术创新的四大维度(规模、质量、效率和环境)构建专利指标体系。

This paper takes the concept of ＂innovation＂ as the starting point, and introduces the occurrence and development of ＂technological innovation＂. It studies the theory of patent from two perspectives of patent system and patent information, and mainly focuses on the relationship between patent and technological innovation. Firstly, it analyzes the relationship of patent system and technological innovation. Secondly, it measures the advantages/ disadvantages and feasibility of technological innovation using patent information. Finally, based on the foregoing study, this paper proposes an indicator system from four main dimensions-scare, quality, efficiency and environment.
